After
having gone to college in New London at Colby Sawyer, I continued
to feel drawn to New Hampshire. I didn't actually return to settle
here, however, until after marrying and raising 3 children. My
husband, who was practicing dentistry in New Jersey had heard
some wonderful things about Squam Lake from several patients so
one summer we took a drive over to explore the area during a vacation
in Maine. When we drove through the village of Center Sandwich
we knew instantly that one day we would make this our home.
My
real estate career began when I lived in New Jersey and has continued
for over 40 years. I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know
them as we work together, as well as the satisfaction and accomplishment
of finding that right buyer, country home or special place on
Squam. The beauty, peacefulness and pace of life in this area
is everything I dreamed of and makes working here very rewarding.
In
my spare time I enjoy boating, walking, reading and gardening.
I've been active in the Sandwich Historical Society and volunteered
in numerous other civic groups over the years, both in New Jersey
and New Hampshire.
