Joe
is a New Hampshire native and has lived and worked in the Lakes
Region for several years. Initially summering on Lake Winnipesaukee,
Joe started living in the Squam Lakes area while attending Plymouth
State College. After graduating from PSC in 1977, Joe decided
to stay in the area where he helped his family operate local area
businesses including the Little Switzerland Motel and Cottages
and Lakeview Lanes & Restaurant.
After
acting as a general contractor for the building of his own home
in Holderness, Joe partnered with his brother and started a general
contracting business that specialized in residential land clearing,
site-work and excavation. In 1992 Joe joined a Global Imaging
Systems company where he developed a new sales territory in northern
New Hampshire. After eleven years with the company Joe decided
his greatest joy was working locally and joined the NH Colonials
team in 2003. In 2005, his 2nd year with the company, he was involved
in over $11 million in real estate transactions.
