Squam is a 7,700 acre lake with 67 islands, 65 miles of shoreline to explore, and 10 miles of open waterways in which to sail, motor, paddle or fish.

The lake borders the towns of Sandwich, Moultonboro, Holderness, Center Harbor, and Ashland, all of which have adopted zoning regulations to protect the state's most sought after clear water lake. As you boat about the lake you will appreciate its natural wooded shoreline which many say is "just as the Indians left it".
